承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與(yu)端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形方管制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
