承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁(liang)組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重量輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地(di)應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計方案(an),防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加工(gong),保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)(du)和精密(mi)度(du)(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車(che)承重梁與(yu)承重梁選用(yong)軟性(xing)絞(jiao)接方式;防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
