承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由(you)數(shu)控切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式(shi),應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器,安全(quan)性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設備構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強度和(he)精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設(she)計(ji)方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米(mi)。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小(xiao)轎車(che)承重梁與(yu)承重梁選用軟性絞接方(fang)式;防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,電動(dong)機+制動(dong)系統+減速器+行程開關四合一一體化設計方案,結構緊湊
