2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
