3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
橋式雙梁起(qi)重機端梁一部分
