承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由(you)數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設(she)計方案(an),防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保(bao)證規格精密(mi)度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平米。
