2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
