承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控(kong)切割整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地(di)應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全性(xing)有確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設(she)備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案,路軌與路面每平米。

1,雙梁(liang)(liang)小(xiao)轎車承重梁(liang)(liang)與承重梁(liang)(liang)選用軟性(xing)絞接(jie)方式;防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
