承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控(kong)切(qie)割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)、無損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。

1,雙梁小(xiao)轎車承(cheng)(cheng)重(zhong)梁與承(cheng)(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用軟性(xing)絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
