2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
橋式雙梁(liang)起重機端梁(liang)一部(bu)分
