2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力(li)、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
橋式雙梁(liang)起重機端梁(liang)一部分
