承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定(ding)位(wei)生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
