承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁組織(zhi)設計方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控(kong)切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定(ding)位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格(ge)精密(mi)度和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和(he)防(fang)外遇保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器,安全(quan)性有(you)確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強度和(he)精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
