承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地(di)應(ying)力(li)、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回(hui)精準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加(jia)工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
