承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格(ge)精(jing)密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案(an),路軌與(yu)路面每平米。

1,雙梁(liang)(liang)小轎車(che)承重梁(liang)(liang)與承重梁(liang)(liang)選用軟性絞接方式(shi);防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。

5,工作中級(ji)(ji)(ji)別為A6級(ji)(ji)(ji),防(fang)水等級(ji)(ji)(ji)IP55,H級(ji)(ji)(ji)絕緣(yuan)層。防(fang)污防(fang)潮,提升安全級(ji)(ji)(ji)別。
