承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自動(dong)焊、無(wu)損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌(gui)與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
