承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控(kong)切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應(ying)力(li)、防(fang)銹處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定(ding)位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器,安全(quan)性有(you)(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案(an),路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
