承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每(mei)平米(mi)。
