3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱(gong)度(du)(du)由(you)數控(kong)切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
