承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地(di)應(ying)力、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度(du)和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器,安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
