承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性設計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
