承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數(shu)控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安(an)全(quan)性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
