承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除(chu)銹,消地(di)應力(li)、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定(ding)位生產(chan)加工(gong),保證規格(ge)精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣(yuan)的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
