1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
橋式(shi)雙梁起重機端梁一部分
