承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案(an),重量輕,合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的(de)車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整(zheng)個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
