承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組(zu)織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)(du)由(you)數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi)(qi),安全性有(you)確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每平(ping)米。
