承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料(liao),精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富(fu)鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計(ji)方案(an),路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
小轎車總程
1,雙(shuang)梁小轎車承重(zhong)梁與承重(zhong)梁選用軟性(xing)絞接方式;防(fang)止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,電動機+制動系統+減速器+行(xing)程開關(guan)四合(he)一一體(ti)化設計方(fang)案(an),結(jie)構緊湊(cou)
3,小轎(jiao)車搭建有安全性鉤,防(fang)失(shi)控(kong)。
4,全部(bu)傳動(dong)系(xi)統(tong)組織選用無連軸(zhou)器的立即I/O方式(shi),傳動(dong)系(xi)統(tong)高(gao)效率、裝配線高(gao)精度、免維(wei)護保養(yang)。
5,工作中(zhong)級(ji)別(bie)為A6級(ji),防水等級(ji)IP55,H級(ji)絕緣(yuan)層。防污防潮(chao),提升安全級(ji)別(bie)。
