承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數(shu)控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每平米(mi)。
