2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
橋式雙梁(liang)起重機端(duan)梁(liang)一部分

4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密(mi)度(du)。
