承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板(ban)開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精準定(ding)位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保(bao)證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)(fang)案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平米。
