單梁式起(qi)重機的構(gou)造特性
承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)采(cai)用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)機構(gou)設計(ji)方案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整板開料,精準度高。
4,采(cai)用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地(di)應力、防銹處理,做到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起重機端梁(liang)采用(yong)絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案,防(fang)止“三條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆采用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一次精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密(mi)度(du)和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保(bao)(bao)護器,安(an)全性有確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)采用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
小車總承
1,全歐式(shi)古典設計(ji)方案,合理減少(shao)重量,提(ti)升提(ti)高室內(nei)空間。
2,減速機采用起(qi)重機專用型(xing)的(de)H系列產(chan)品硬齒面(mian)減速機,承載力(li)高,使(shi)用期長(chang)。
3,鋼絲繩卷筒采用厚鋼板生產短接軸方式(shi),并對焊接開展(zhan)無損檢測;
4,動滑輪所有采(cai)用熱軋滑輪;
5,起重(zhong)吊鉤采用T級起重(zhong)吊鉤,材料高于DG34CrMo,單(dan)雙排布(bu)局,節省室內空間(jian);
