承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平米。

1,雙梁小轎車(che)承(cheng)重梁與承(cheng)重梁選用軟性絞(jiao)接方式;防止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
