2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
橋(qiao)式雙(shuang)梁起重(zhong)機(ji)端梁一部(bu)分
1,大噸數起重設備端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格(ge)精(jing)密度(du)和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
