承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設(she)計(ji)方案,重量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
