承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防(fang)外遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案(an),路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
