承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個(ge)設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
