承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設備(bei)構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
