承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱(xiang)型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格(ge)精密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證(zheng)整個(ge)設備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案(an),路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平(ping)米。
