承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。

1,雙梁小轎車(che)承重(zhong)梁與承重(zhong)梁選用軟性絞接方式;防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,電(dian)動機+制動系統+減(jian)速器+行程開關四合(he)一一體(ti)化設計方案,結構緊湊(cou)
3,小轎車搭建有安全(quan)性(xing)鉤,防失控。
4,全部傳動系統(tong)組織選(xuan)用無連軸器(qi)的立(li)即I/O方式(shi),傳動系統(tong)高效率、裝配線高精度、免維護保養。
5,工作中級別(bie)為A6級,防(fang)水等級IP55,H級絕緣層。防(fang)污(wu)防(fang)潮,提升(sheng)安全級別(bie)。
