承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定(ding)位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
