承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動(dong)焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消地應(ying)力(li)、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度(du)和配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防外遇保護器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每(mei)平米。
