承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精(jing)(jing)準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格(ge)精(jing)(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安(an)全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
