承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)一回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和(he)防(fang)外遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
