承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產(chan)加工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平米。
