長治單梁起重機

承重梁構造
1,承重梁采用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁機構設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切(qie)割整板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,采用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,做(zuo)到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大(da)載貨量起重機端(duan)梁采用絞接軟性(xing)設計(ji)方案(an),防(fang)止“三條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆采(cai)用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一次精準定位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全(quan)性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁采用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
小車總承
1,全(quan)歐式古典設(she)計方案(an),合理減少重量(liang),提(ti)升提(ti)高室內空(kong)間。
2,減速機(ji)采(cai)用起重機(ji)專用型的H系(xi)列產(chan)品硬齒面(mian)減速機(ji),承(cheng)載力高,使(shi)用期長。
3,鋼絲繩卷(juan)筒采用(yong)厚鋼板生產短接(jie)軸方式,并(bing)對焊接(jie)開(kai)展無(wu)損檢測;
4,動(dong)滑輪所有(you)采用熱軋滑輪;
5,起重(zhong)吊鉤采用T級(ji)起重(zhong)吊鉤,材料高(gao)于DG34CrMo,單雙排布局(ju),節省室內空間;
