承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁采用歐式古典箱型梁機構設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切(qie)割整板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,采用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,做到Sa2.5級(ji);
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起(qi)重機端梁(liang)采用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“三條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆采用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)(chuang)一次精準定位(wei)生產加工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)采用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
