承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用數(shu)控(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
