3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)(han)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。

4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),保證整個設備(bei)構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
