承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切(qie)割整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位(wei)生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安(an)全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
