承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理(li),超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整(zheng)個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平米。
